Thank you for your continued patience during this time, especially after yesterday’s announcement which brought lots of uncertainty.
However, we are very pleased to let you know we are classified as an essential business and will be able to continue shipping throughout this period.
Our team are dedicated to ensuring we can provide you and your loved ones with Sanitisers to keep you healthy and your mind at ease. We have had pre-order stock arrive early so we have temporarily suspended orders so we can pack and dispatch the thousands of existing pre-orders.
Our team are working 7 days a week to get these orders to customers ASAP, but with the new regulations in place for those working in essential businesses, our packing team will be limited and taking maximum health and safety precautions, so it will take longer than expected to dispatch the large number of orders we have. Please be patient - you WILL get your New Edition NZ goodies ASAP!
Our courier company are working exclusively with essential businesses during this time and have assured us all of their team members and drivers are meticulously following hygiene regulations, protective wear instructions and minimising contact upon delivery.
Once the pre-orders have been packed, we will reopen orders and announce this via email and social media, so keep an eye out!
This is a tough time for our country, but we are glad we can do our part to help our community come out the other side. Please do your part too and follow the government issued rules around isolation, sanitising, hand washing and safety.
